Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking special precautions to protect our staff.
We will not do any staging of a property.
All staging must be done prior to the scheduled time for scanning.
At the scheduled time for the scan, the broker must give our staff access to the property while maintaining social distancing limits in excess of 6 feet.
Our staff will wear gloves and a mask while scanning.
When complete, our staff will exit the property and call the broker to return to the property to secure it.
